In addition honey contains enzyme minerals like fructose, it wasn’t left out in terms of acid minerals like nicotine acid, folic acid, citric acid and lactic acid. Again it contains glucose, sucrose, maltose etc

Honey gets its sweetness from the monosaccharides fructose and glucose, and has about the same relative sweetness as granulated sugar. It has attractive chemical properties for baking and a distinctive flavor when used as a sweetenerMost microorganisms do not grow in honey, so sealed honey does not spoil, even after thousands of years

COLOR

The colors of honey varies from time, place and the time the bee produces it. If it is a neat and conducive atmosphere, the honey looks whitish in color. Sometimes the nature of the flower determines the color of the honey e.g if the flower is yellowish, the honey looks yellow too. The same thing applies to the taste and scent.
